Every ringgit you invest with PP69 brings you closer to a higher VIP level. Daily cash rebates, birthday bonuses, exclusive gifts, and a personal account manager are all waiting for you at the top of our VIP Rewards Programme.
Honestly, plenty of betting platforms have loyalty programmes — but most are just fancy labels with little real value behind them. PP69 does things differently. Our VIP Rewards Programme is built around one goal: ensuring every ringgit you invest genuinely comes back to you as real value, not just empty promises on paper.
From the moment you register your PP69 account, you start earning loyalty points. Every bet you place — whether on Malaysian Super League football, online slots, Live Casino, or e-sports — counts towards your total. These points determine your VIP level within our five-tier system: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
What sets PP69 apart is transparency. You can check your VIP standing, points balance, and accumulated rebates at any time from within your account. No hidden conditions, no surprise deadlines. What we promise is what we deliver — from daily cash rebates to birthday bonuses credited automatically.
The higher your level, the greater the benefits you enjoy every day.
VIP tiers are calculated based on cumulative deposits over the past 30 days. Upgrades happen automatically once the requirements are met.
More than just rebates – this is real recognition for PP69's most loyal members.
Receive a rebate of 0.3% to 2.0% on your total daily wager, credited directly to your account every morning. No rollover requirements – funds can be withdrawn or replayed immediately.
Every time you make a reload deposit on a Monday, enjoy a bonus ranging from 20% to unlimited — depending on your VIP level. This bonus applies across all game categories, including Sports Betting, slots, and Live Casino.
PP69 remembers your special day. From RM100 for Gold members to RM1,000 for Diamond — birthday bonuses are credited automatically on your birthday, with no request needed.
Diamond members earn loyalty points 5x faster than Bronze members. Loyalty points can be redeemed as betting credits, cash withdrawals, or exchanged for exclusive PP69 rewards.
Platinum and Diamond members get direct access to a dedicated VIP account manager — a real person, not a bot. They assist with withdrawals, bonus enquiries, and any special requests with full priority.
Gold VIP members and above enjoy faster withdrawal processing. Diamond members can withdraw funds within 5 minutes to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or FPX — no need to wait in the standard queue.
Gold members and above receive weekly cashback on losses in the sports and casino sections. This means even in weeks you don't win, a portion of your money is automatically returned.
Selected Diamond members are eligible for exclusive physical gifts including gadgets, premium merchandise, and holiday packages to destinations such as Langkawi, Sabah, or top-rated local five-star resorts.
Diamond VIP members receive invitations to exclusive PP69 events, including award ceremonies, football match screenings, e-sports watch parties, and premium member networking events.
Many PP69 members ask — what's the fastest way to level up in VIP? The answer is simple: play more frequently in the categories you enjoy, and make the most of all the ongoing promotions PP69 has to offer.
Every RM10 you wager earns loyalty points, with earn rates varying by game category. Sports and e-sports earn at the standard rate, while online slots and live casino earn at a higher rate. Members who play across multiple categories can climb the VIP tiers significantly faster than those who stick to just one.
On top of that, PP69 regularly runs double points campaigns — where the accumulation rate is boosted to 2x or 3x for a limited period, typically during festive seasons such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, or national holidays. Active members during these periods can jump several VIP tiers in just a matter of days.
Every RM10 wagered on slots = 3 loyalty points. The fastest way to accumulate points.
Live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack earn competitive points for active members.
Every sports and e-sports wager also earns points – perfect for dedicated Super League and Mobile Legends players.
Hit specific milestones and receive bonus rewards credited to your account automatically.

There's one thing long-time PP69 members often say – they feel genuinely valued. Not in any grand way, but in a consistent and dependable one. Rebates credited every morning, reload bonuses available every Monday, birthday messages with bonuses that actually land in your account – these are small gestures, but they mean a lot to loyal members.
PP69 believes loyalty should be rewarded consistently — not just on the day you sign up. Many platforms offer big bonuses to reel you in, then go quiet after that. At PP69, the longer you stay, the more you receive. The VIP Rewards Programme is designed so that members who have been active for a year get more value than new members — not the other way around.
